LeadsProShop.com operates a technology platform that serves as an online marketplace where publishers can sell consumer requests and buyers can pay a flat price per lead, per call or per click.

We generate traffic through online media such as search engine marketing, and e-mail promotions while also focusing heavily on Radio and TV traffic. We do not accept any call center, incentivized, non-online or brokered traffic.

Conversion rates and performance stats can be provided based on different feed types and price points. Please ask a dedicated account manager for additional details.

Our priority is to ensure that our customers get only the best quality leads and valid sales. We monitor every campaign to detect and deal with fraud attempts such as suppression list abuse, duplicate, and proxy IPs, bots, click frequency, and more. Confirmed fraud will result in removal from our publisher network for life. We report all offenders to the publisher as well as federal and state authorities.

Each account has a dedicated Account Manager with many years of industry experience. Tech and Creative support is available to all customers.

All leads are sold exclusively to the customer that purchases them. We do not double sell or re-market. Is there a minimum purchase amount? Some feeds have no limits or restrictions; you can purchase any amount you desire. Other feeds have small restrictions.

We can integrate with any third-party lead management software or proprietary system. We can also deliver leads via Email if there are no systems available.

LPS is used by Offer Owners, Email Marketers, Lead Brokers, Lead Agencies, Affiliate Networks and Call Centers to name a few.

Yes, we have staff available to assist you with any questions. We are happy to set up group trainings or schedule live calls anytime as well.

Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you have more credits than you need you can downgrade your plan. If you cancel your account, you will lose your credits.

As long as your account has been paid every 30 days, there shouldn't be an issue with logging in. If the payment can't be processed, you will be locked out of the account. Please submit a support ticket if you are not able to login and we will assist.

Orders may be placed on our website 24/7. If you need assistance from our sales staff on Skype, our office hours are 08:00 - 13:00 EST Monday - Friday.

Our leads are fulfilled on a first-come-first-serve basis. customers who confirm their order and their payment first, receive their file first. Generally, files come between 08:00 - 10:30 est. Our working hours are 08:00 - 13:00 EST Monday - Friday. Mondays and Fridays are our most busy so, you'll want to order your leads online a week before you require leads.

This varies by the feed. All headers are listed on the order page for the feed. Please note that headers are subject to change.

We offer these payment options: BTC through Bitpay, and cash deposit into our Indian bank account.

We offer several different banks so we can find the one most convenient for you.

We do not provide Bitpay invoices because they are convenient. We do it because we are a law abiding company in the USA and this is a necessary step for any USA company accepting cryptocurrency as payment. We also accept payment to our company bank account directly

For fresh leads, we offer a replacement for duplicates going back as far as 7 days. For aged leads, we offer a replacement for duplicates from the same day only (i.e., your file has the same lead in it multiple times). We also offer replacements for any leads we find to be disconnected/not in service. For all other quality concerns, our QC department should be contacted.

You should contact them any time you are experiencing issues with the quality of your leads. Our QC department will test your leads and share their results, and then they will discuss with you where potential problems may lie and offer some solutions to you.

Send an email containing both your original file and a copy containing your disposition results to qc@leadproshop.com. Please note that files must be sent to QC within 24 hours of you receiving the file from us, and the sooner the better.

This may be due to you using a non-certified VOIP service to place calls. Our QC department can be contacted about these kinds of issues as well.

New regulations called STIR/SHAKEN have been put into place in the US as of June 2021. VOIP services that do not comply with these regulations will have more and more trouble connecting to customers' phones going forward.

There are many VOIP services, so it's hard to say. Some that are not certified are MagicJack, Zoom, and 8x8. We do have our in-house VOIP service, BulletProof VOIP, that we know works for many of our other customer. You can ask in your Skype group chat to be connected with BulletProof for more information.
